In honor of Arizona's Centennial, I thought I would post this fantastic video from Crew West, Inc. I would recommend watching it with sound and full-screen on the largest screen you own (laptop over iPhone, for example). It is a compilation of many videos of Arizona landscapes, mixed with some from outside of Arizona. Enjoy!

I just found the most amazing thing I have ever seen on the Internet. Stick with me, and I think you will soon agree. There is a website devoted to a kind of a ice called "nugget ice," which you may know from QT convenience stores, or Sonic Drive-Ins. It's made when finely crushed ice is packed into pellets. Do you luv the nug? Read on, you soon may!

If there is any celebrity out there whom I admire, respect, and have a tiny obsession for, it is James Franco. I think he is a fantastic actor and his renaissance-man-thing is incredible. He is a director, actor, writer, artist, PhD student, and college professor. And he is actually good at all of those things, apparently, even all at once!

As I work my way through my Instapaper backlog, I will be posting some items that I have wanted to share. "The Umbrella Man" is about a man, holding an umbrella, that appears in the background of the video footage from the John F. Kennedy assassination. No one else in any of the footage is holding an umbrella - it was a sunny day, there was no need to use an umbrella. And yet, here this guy is holding an umbrella.

And this guy holding the umbrella is standing exactly at the point where JFK was assassinated.

It has such a powerful and simple message, but one which challenges the everyday "grownup" world. On this Sunday morning, I spent some time rediscovering The Little Prince by making a paper doll. I also rediscovered things about myself along the way.

Here's another edition of What I Learned! Today we have some sales-related learnings courtesy of training. The team I joined about a month ago had gone through a two-day sales training session. Well, the trainer returned yesterday and we had a three-hour sales training, which another new team member and I joined. Our trainer, Linc, was a very interesting guy, and aggressive about getting us to change. It really pushed me out of my comfort zone, but it was for the best. Here are a few takeaways.
